Most of our clients are busy, so we’re here to make things easy—as long as we can get to your lawn, you don’t need to be home. Just a couple of quick favors: please clear any pet waste and keep your furry friends inside or off the grass during the service. Also, don't forget to unlock or share your gate code so we can get right to work. You may need to move any cars that are in the way.

Once the job is finished, We’ll email your invoice that evening. You can pay online directly through the invoice or via bank transfer using the details provided. Alternatively, feel free to leave cash in a pre-arranged spot for us to collect after we're done.

We'll usually still come if it's light rain. If it's heavy rain or the lawns are waterlogged we keep the weekends in reserve for any unforeseen circumstances. We'll always let you know by text if this is the case. If this is inconvenient for you just let us know and we can work out a suitable solution.

Whether you need a quick one-off trim or regular maintenance every two or four weeks, we’ve got you covered. One-off services are usually charged at a higher rate.

After the first mow in June until the first mow in September the schedule remains the same but you have the opportunity to skip the service if you wish. We send text reminders the day before a service, just send a text back letting me know you require a skip and we'll come on the next scheduled service date.
